Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Arden hardware. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email support@ardenhardware.com with your order number. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover everything — email a photo to support@ardenhardware.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards and any items marked final sale.
