Shipping policy

Every Arden Hardware order is prepared and dispatched with care. Here's what to expect from order to delivery.

Processing time
Before your order ships, each piece is given its final hand-finishing touches, individually inspected, and carefully packed — please allow 1–3 business days. This extra attention is part of what keeps every Arden piece feeling the way it should.

Transit & delivery
Once shipped, delivery typically takes a further 4–9 days. In total, please allow approximately 5–12 days from order to arrival. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and 27 international destinations across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $200; any applicable shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Delays
Delivery windows are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, peak periods, or public holidays. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have been dispatched.
